Tripleng Sahod sa Abril 9!

Papasok ka ba o magpapahinga na lang?

Magdiwang na ang mga empleyadong nag-aasam ng Tripleng sahod na maaring matanggap sa Abril 9, 2020.

Ayon sa National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) ay maaring makatanggap ng 200% hanggang 300% mula sa minimum wages ang mga empleyado sa Abril 9, 2020 dahil sa dalawang (2) regular holiday na pumatak sa nasabing petsa.

Sa Facebook post ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) ay nagbigay paalala sa mga employer na mag-implementa ng holiday pay rules sa Abril 9, 2020.

Aniya, kapag ang empleyado ay hindi pumasok sa Abril 9, kuwalipikado sila  ng “200 percent” sa kanilang daily wage rate.

Sakaling pumasok naman ang empleyado sa Abril 9, kuwalipikado sila ng “300 percent” ng kanilang daily wage rate.

Dalawang Holiday ang sumakto o tumapat sa petsa Abril 9, ito ay ang Araw ng Kagitingan o Valor Day at Maundy Thursday. / DM
