Yes, and in fact, twenty-one employees of the Sultan Kudarat 1st District Engineering Office (SK1stDEO) of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) threw their “hugot” lines, expressing their “best” and “worst” understanding about love and relationship, in the “Hugot Line Contest” organized by its Finance Section.

PEPTALK is a monthly interactive program of the district office, where the chiefs of every section give “updates” on their operations and accomplishments to the employees.

Of the 21 hugot lines submitted, only three of it stood out, according to Ms. Alma Mandreza, designated emcee for the Hugot Line Contest of the Finance Section.

The DPWH-SK1stDEO held early this morning its “February 2019 PEPTALK” inside the compound of the district office.

“We have chosen three entries because of their relevance and humor and it came from Kristian Pascua, Rodel Devero and Reynan,” Ms. Mandreza said.

The three entries are the:

(by Kristian Pascua from the Supply Section)
(by Reynan Bustria from the Maintenance Section)
(by Rodel Devero)
