LTO-12 may “bad news” sa mga walang driver’s license

CENTRAL MINDANAO — Sa mga drayber na nagmamaneho na walang lisensya, “bad news” para sa inyo.

Dahil inanunsyo ni LTO-12 Regional Director Macario Gonzaga na magiging mas “strict” (or istrikto) na ang kanilang ahensya sa pag-apply ng driver’s license ngayong-taon (2020).

Sa interbyu sa kanya, sinabi ni RD Gonzaga na hinihintay na lamang nila ang “implementing rules and regulations” ng nasabing bagong proseso nila sa pagkuha ng lisensya ng drayber bago nila ito ipatupad sa boung rehiyon.

Sa bagong proseo ng pag-apply nito, kailangang sumailalim ang aplikante sa “15 hours” na seminar at “mandatory training” na gagawin ng TESDA at “LTO-accredited driving instructors.”

Tinukoy na dahilan ni RD Gonzaga ang patuloy nap ag-akyat ng bilang ng mga aksidente at banggaanay ng mga sasakayan, kung saan ang rason naman ay “human error,” katulad halimbawa ng “reckless driving.”
