Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!
Sabi ni Charania, “NBA has been sending several informational memos to teams in order to prepare for whatever develops from coronavirus situation. A reminder of existing rules regarding postponement or cancellations of games was provided Friday night.”
Dagdag pa ni Stein, “Postponing or canceling any game due to the coronavirus is a league office decision but the NBA, sources say, has notified teams to start “developing” contingency plans in case “it were to become necessary to play a game with only essential staff present” — no fans, media, etc.”
Ayon na rin sa recent report ni Mark Medina, Bob Nightengale, Tom Schad and Jeff Zillgitt ng USA Today, “Multiple NBA team executives told USA Today Sports they have considered playing behind closed doors but only as a last-resort contingency plan. They requested anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly about the situation.”
“You always try to have home-court advantage. But to have no fans? That would be a crazy thing, I’m just praying on it and hoping this thing can slow down and get to an end.”
(John Ricafrente Pesebre)
