Tacurong is the component city of the Sultan Kudarat province. Colonel Romualdo was assisted by Patrolwoman Mary Eileen Bautista, PCAD-PNCO of the SKPMFC, told DIYARYO MILENYO (via her messenger) that the distribution of alcohol-based hand sanitizers is part of the “PNP CARES” program that aimed to show to the residents that “in times of virus crisis, kakampi at laging handang tumulong ang PNP-SKPMFC.”

According to recent reports, Sultan Kudarat remains a “COVID-19 FREE PROVINCE.”

“PNP is always ready to serve, to help and to protect the civilian populace,” Patrolwoman Bautista said.

Patrolwoman Bautista said after Tacurong City, the SKPMFc troops proceeded to nearby Isulan, the capital town of the province, to distribute alcohol also.

Residents reportedly praised Colonel Romualdo and the SKPMFC troops for doing such “very appreciative act.”

“Kasama din namin sa pag-distribute ng alcohol sa mga commuter at mga driver si SKPMFC Advisory Council Chairperson Ms. Roanne Michelle Tobias,” Patrolwoman Bautista said. (RAMIL H. BAJO, MINDANAO BUREAU/ PHOTO CREDIT TO PATROLWOMAN MARY EILEEN BAUTISTA)
