KORONADAL CITY, Mindanao — Regional Director Basir M. Ibrahim issued a memorandum to all the office employees of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Region 12 stating the agency’s several “precautionary measures” against the Novel Corona Virus Acute Respiratory Disease (2019-nCoV ARD).

Under the said memorandum, dated March 20, 2020, all the officials, employees and “visitors” of the DPWH district engineering offices in the entire Region 12 are required to adopt the “precautionary measures” expressly stated in it.

RD Ibrahim deemed the said “precautionary measures” as “necessary” to prevent and mitigate the possible transmission of the coronavirus in the workplaces of the DPWH in the region.

In the photos posted by the Facebook page of the DPWH Regional Office XII, it clearly enumerated the said “precautionary measures (please see inserted photos 1, 2 and 3)
