AGUSAN DEL SUR, Philippines — Health workers, frontliners and individuals stranded in the boundary of Agusan del Sur and Davao De Oro provinces are all in praises for the kindness and initiative of the Santikan EAGLES Club and Santikan LADY EAGLES Club, headed by Club President KUYA THADDEUS VILLANUEVA.
