MINDANAO, Philippines — The national officers and board members of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) recognized and commended the “outstanding services” and “sacrifices” of the officers and members of the PICE Sultan Kudarat Chapter in helping the “Frontliners” sustained their tasks of preventing the spread of “coronavirus,” officially known as “COVID-19.”

The PICE national chapter also recognized and commended the efforts of its local officers and members in 9 cities and 13 provinces in the Philippines.
