ISULAN, Sultan Kudarat — If you’ve been passing in front of the provincial Capitol of the Sultan Kudarat province, one question you may possibly ask, “What is that huge building standing near the provincial gymnasium?”

Well, it’s the new provincial hospital of the province. It has 399-bed capacity. It would be equipped with “state-of-the-art” medical equipment and facilities once it is completed.
In a previous interview, his son incumbent Governor Datu Suharto “TENG” Mangudadat said its “one of the flagship projects and legacies” of his father, former Sultan Kudarat Congressman and Governor Pax Mangudadatu, popularly known as the “first elected Muslim governor of the Christian-dominated Sultan Kudarat province.”
Under the Mangudadatu leadership, the medical services are “free.” (RASHID RH. BAJO, Chief of Correspondents, DM-Mindanao Desk)
