
DPWH regional info chief shares fun moments in Buluan river in Maguindanao

MAGUINDANAO, Philippines — Ms. Ellen Torino, regional information officer of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Region 12, shared her 2015’s “dangers and fun with crocodile friends” moments in “Buluan River” in Buluan town in Maguindanao province.
That time, Ms. Torino, said they were conducting “geotagging and documentation of flood control projects along the Buluan River” in the said municipality.

“It’s part of IO (information officer) life,” Ms. Torino said.
