
DPWH XII completes building for Senior Citizens in Maguindanao

July 15, 2020 – The Department of Public Works and Highways XII- Cotabato City District Engineering Office completed the construction of a two-storey Senior Citizens Multi- Purpose Building at Parang, Maguindanao.
District Engineer Lugaya A. Ampatuan said that the P9.8 Million building has an area of 202.5 sq. m. with PWD ramps, spacious auditorium and comfort rooms.
“This project is a manifestation of our support for recreational and social programs intended for the senior citizens. Its location within the compound of Parang Municipal Hall makes it more accessible to its beneficiaries.” DE Ampatuan added.
Said building is completed on June 20, 2020 and is funded under the GAA CY 2019 and is scheduled for turn over to the local government unit this month. (DPWH XII)
