Senator Ninoy Aquino, Sultan Kudarat — Mayor Randy Ecija Jr, Chairperson of the Task Force ECIJA-ELCAC, officially takes responsibility of the Retooled Community Service Program (RCSP) during the ceremonial send-off ceremony of the CSP team from the B Coy, 7IB.

Unique in the municipality of Sen. Ninoy Aquino is the recruitment of volunteers from the Manobo-Dulangan tribe to assist the AFP and RCSP Core team during the immersion.
