Boracay island pwede nang bisitahin ng madlang pipol sa Oktubre 1

Maari nang tumanggap ng mga bisita mula sa iba’t ibang panig ng bansa ang Boracay island simula Oktubre 1.

Ayon sa pahayag Department of Tourism (DOT) ngayong Miyerkules, bahagi ito ng pagpapanumbalik ng domestic tourism sa buong bansa.

Aniya, resulta ito ng special meeting kahapon ng Boracay Interagency Task Force (BIATF) kabilang sina Environment Secretary Roy Cimatu, Interior Secretary Eduardo Año, DOT Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, at Aklan Governor Joeben Miraflores.

Magpapatupad sila ng “Test Before Travel” rule ayon sa kalihim ng DOT. Samadaling sabi, kailangang magnegatibo sa COVID-19 swab test ang turista sa loob ng 48 hanggang 72 oras bago pumunta ng Boracay at dapat ding mag-strict quarantine matapos ang test.

“The Test Before Travel regulation will also permit tourists from areas under general community quarantine status to visit the island,” ayon pa sa kalihim.

Samantala, pwede na ring bumisita sa Boracay ang mga edad 20 pababa at 61 pataas basta wala silang “comorbidity” o malalang health conditions, dagdag ng kalihim.
