Natatangi ang angking talino at kahusayan ng mga makabagong kabataan ngayon o ang mga millennial sa panahong pandemya.

Dahil sa hindi matatawarang talino at ganda, tinanghal at nakoronahan na Miss Millennial Philippines 2020 quarantine edition, nitong Linggo, Setyembre 27, 2020 si Ms. Niña Ruth Vega, 17-taong gulang, tubong Las Pinas City. Grade 11 student sa University of Perpetual Help, System Dalta, Las Piñas Campus.

Si Ruth ay anak ng dating police beat reporter na si Vic Vega ng Manila Bulletin at Sports Reporter na si Virgie Rodriguez Vega.

Napahanga ang mga hurado kay Ruth sa kanyang sagot sa question and answer portion kung saan tinanong siya na, “If you win tonight, How can you contribute ‘Millennial Spirits’ to other?”

Aniya ng beauty contender na si Ruth, “If Iwill be the one who will win the crown tonight, it would be an honor, worthy of appreciation, this can become my key to spread love, happiness and moral lesson to the youth by the use of my voice and social media, I can use this platform to encourage more people to be positive during this tough times we need each other. And also becoming a role model for the upcoming generation because I do believe, united as one would be an impact for the greater good of the society”.

Nakatunggali ng dalaga ang 44 na beauty contenders na galing sa iba’t ibang bayan at lalawigan sa search for Miss Millennial Philipines 2020.

Bukod sa korona ay nakuha rin ni Ruth ang mga major at special awards na Best in Resorts Wear, Best in Catwalk, Peoples Choice Award, Best in Pageant Walk, Best in Photo, Best in Designer’s Choice Formal Wear at Elsie Delos Reyes Creations Ambassadres.

Lubos ang pasaslamat ni Ruth sa Panginoon, sa kanyang pamilya, kaibigan at lahat ng taong tumulonh at sumuporta para makamit niya ang tagumpay sa naturang beauty and brain competition.

“God’s timing is always perfect, Thank you Lord, thank you to my family and friends, thank you to the organizer of the pageant P4 sir Kenneth Nabua, thank you so much to my coach and handler Brylle Solidum, Garcia Sullano and photogs Januz Morrisey Lugay, I Love you All,” pahayag ni Ruth.

Pinaghahandaan na ngayon ni Ruth ang isang International competion na gaganapin sa Thailand sa susunod na taon para katawanin niya ang Pilipinas.

Sa pagtatala, kinoronahan din si Ruth bilang Miss Teen Glam Philippines 2020 at kauna-unahang Miss Magnetico Philippines World 2019. (RB)
