A person with disability (PWD) begged on the streets to help the victims of Typhoon Ulysses.
Romy Menil, a stroke patient, went to Marikina City Hall on Tuesday to personally hand Mayor Marcy Teodoro P12,390 which he collected from begging.

According to the Facebook post of Jazz Pher Justo, Menil came all the way from Antipolo City to bring all his collected money.
(Vivienne Audrey Angeles)
