Pumanaw na sa edad na 75 ang batikang entertainment columnist na si Ricky Lo nitong Martes ng Gabi, May 4 (10PM). Kinumpirma ang kanyang pagkamatay ng kapatid niya na si Susan Lee.

Ayon sa pamilya ng nasabing journalist, stroke ang sanhi ng pagkamatay ni Lo.Nagmarka si Ricky Lo sa kanyang mga scoop. Si Lo ay isa sa mga pinaka-respetadong entertainment columnist mula noon hanggang sa henerasyon ngayon.

Nagsimula siya bilang editorial assistant sa Manila Times Magazine noong 1969. Naging Entertainment editor naman siya sa The Philippine Star noong dekada 80.

Naging co-host rin noon si Ricky sa showbiz talkshow ng GMA 7 na “Startalk,” at naging co-host din sa comedy talk show na “CelebriTV.”
