Sinabi ni Eleazar na ang naturang programa ay naghahangad na mapadali ang paglalakbay ng mga APORs sa gitna ng kakulangan ng public transportation sanhi ng minahigpit na enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) sa National Capital Region (NCR) at kalapit probinsya upang kontrolin ang resurgent ng COVID-19 sa bansa.

“This is the PNP’s way of reaching out to citizens by providing mobility and other extended services to authorized persons (APOR) so that they could attend to their work with convenience even while the ECQ is in effect,” saad ni Eleazar sa isang statement.

Ang naturang libreng sakay ng PNP ay available mula alas 5 a.m. ng umaga hanggang alas 9 a.m. ng umaga at susundan ng alas 5 p.m. ng hapon hanggang alas 9 p.m. ng gabi.

Mula sa Central Terminal sa Manila City Hall patungong Quezon Avenue ng Metro Manila Rail Transit 3 (MRT-3) and vice versa; mula Camp Crame sa Quezon City patungong “Tungko” sa San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, Raveling sa Commonwealth Avenue and vice versa; Camp Crame patungong Rodriguez sa Rizal through Litex and vice versa; Camp Crame patungong Tagaytay sa mga mananakay na galing Ortigas and vice versa; Camp Crame patungong Meycauyan Bulacan through Mc Arthur Highway and vice versa; Camp Crame patungong Antipolo City and vice versa; Pasay patungong Monumento via EDSA Northbound and vice versa; Monumento to Pasay via EDSA Southbound and vice versa; Camp Crame to Zapote, Bacoor, Cavite and vice versa; at mula Camp Crame patungong Novaliches and vice versa.

Kinakailangang panatilihin ang istriktong pagsasagawa at pagpaptupad ng health and safety protocols para sa mga mananakay sa naturang transportation program ng PNP.
