ISULAN, Sultan Kudarat – Abot-langit ang tuwa ng mga estudyante ng Mahad Sultan Pax Institute ng bigyan sila ng isang sakong bigas ni Sultan Kudarat Provincial Police Office (SKPPO) Provincial Director Colonel Noel Kinazo.

“Tuwang—tuwa talaga kami sa ibinigay na bigas ni Colonel Kinazo. Ang bait talaga niya,” sabi ng isang estudyante na tumanggap ng nasabing bigas.

Personal na ibinigay ni Colonel Kinazo ang nasabing bigas sa harap ng Admin Building na matatagpuan sa loob ng compound ng SKPPO sa Camp Amando Dumlao Sr. sa bayan ng Isulan.

Kilala sa boung probinsya si Colonel Kinazo na isang “approachable” at matulungin na opisyal ng Philippine National Police sa probinsya. #DM
