Isinailalim sa signal no. 1 ang mahigit 14 na lugar dulot ng Tropical Depression Lannie na tumama sa Guihulngan, Negros Oriental, ayon sa PAGASA ngayong Lunes.

Sa inilabas na weather bulletin kaninang alas 5:00 n.h, ayon sa PAGASA, ang sentro ng bagyong Lannie ay namataan sa Guihulngan, Negros Oriental kaninang alas 4:00 n.h na may maximum sustained winds na 45 kilometers per hour malapit sa gitna, na may pagbugso na 55 kph, at central pressure na 1002 hPa.
