Mahigit 500k na Moderna vaccine na donasyon mula Germany, dumating sa ‘Pinas

Mahigit 500,000 doses ng Moderna COVID-19 vaccine ang dumating sa bansa nitong Lunes ng hapon (Disyembre 27).

Dumating ang mahigit 587,800 doses na mga bakuna sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 pasado alas 4:00 ng hapon.

Ang karagdagang bakuna ay donasyon ng German government at sa pagmamagitan ng COVAX facility.

“I just want to say that 2021 was a difficult year for all of us, but we have seen that the fight against the virus is not a short sprint but rather a marathon. A successful vaccination campaign is the best chance that we have, and we need to work together in this,” saad ni Alexander Schmidt, deputy head of mission of the German Embassy.

Mahigit 105,412,678 vaccine doses na ang naipamahaging bakuna sa bansa.

Nasa 47 million Filipinos na ang nakatanggap ng kompletong bakuna.

Samantala, nasa 1.3 million individuals na ang nakatatanggap ng booster shots sa bansa. #DM
