Earlier today, print-media journalist Abdul Campua successfully captured a female employee of DPWH-Sultan Kudarat 1st District Engineering Office based in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, doing the “DUCK, COVER and HOLD” technique.

Campua, the business manager of SK Times, the oldest weekly newspaper based in Sultan Kudarat province, covered the agency’s participation to the conduct of “CY 2022 Quarterly Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED)” today (Thursday, March 10).

Today, all the line agencies, LGUs and other government instrumentalities were told to participate to the quarterly earthquake drill, spearheaded by the Office of the Civil Defense, to enhance the employees’ earthquake preparedness by performing the above-mentioned safety techniques during the scheduled simulated drill every quarter. ###
