Humina ang Super Typhoon Karding (international name: Noru) matapos itong mag-second landfall sa bahagi ng Dingalan, Aurora nitong Linggo ng gabi (September 25, 2022), ayon sa latest data ng PAGASA.
Naitala ang second landfall kagabi 8:20pm na ngayong ay isa na lamang Typhoon.
Sa pagtatala, may maximum sustained winds ang bagyong Karding na 185 kilometers per hour (km/h) sa gitnang bahagi at kumikilos ito pa westward na may 20 km/h.
Inaasahan ang bagyong Karding na kikilos ito pa westward sa loob ng anim na oras bago ito magtungo pa-west-northwestward ngayong araw.
Makararanas pa rin ng malalakas na pag-ulan sa Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan Tarlac, Pampanga, NUeva Ecija, Bulacan, Aurora, Rizal, at northern part ng Quezon kasama ang Polillo Islands.
Nasa signal No. 5 pa rin ang ilang mga lugar na madadaanan ng bagyong Karding na may pinaka matinding intense na lubos na makakaapekto sa mga lugar na madadaanan nito na may bugso na hihigit 185 km/h sa susunod na 12 oras;

- the extreme northern portion of Quezon (the northern and central portions of General Nakar, the northeastern portion of Infanta),
- the extreme southern portion of Aurora (Dingalan),
- the extreme southern portion of Nueva Ecija (General Tinio, City of Gapan, Peñaranda, San Isidro, Cabiao),
