Nakataas na sa Signal No. 3 ang buong National Capital Region (NCR) at kasalukuyang nananalasa sa siyam na iba pang mga lugar ang Bagyong Paeng kung saan ito ay namataang tatama sa kahabaan ng northern portion ng Marinduque, ayon sa PAGASA ngayong Sabado.

Sa pinakabagong pagtatala ng PAGASA, isinailalim sa signal no. 3 ang Metro Manila, Marinduque, ang northern at central portions n Quezon (Pitogo, San Andres, Buenavista, Lucena City, San Francisco, Pagbilao, Infanta, Tiaong, Lopez, Catanauan, Mulanay, Unisan, General Luna, Plaridel, Quezon, San Antonio, Alabat, Candelaria, Lucban, Sampaloc, Padre Burgos, Sariaya, City of Tayabas, Macalelon, Mauban, Dolores, General Nakar, Perez, Agdangan, Gumaca, Atimonan, Real, San Narciso, Guinayangan, Calauag) including Pollilo Islands.

Inaasahan na ang mga isinailalim sa Signal No. 3 ay makararanas ng mas malakas na pagbugso ng hangin na may taglay na 89 km/h hanggang 117 km/h sa loob ng 18 oras.

Signal No. 2 na nagtataglay ng 62 km/h hanggang 88 km/h na lakas ng hangin at ito ay maaring tumama sa loob ng 24 oras.

Samantala, asahan na rin ang malakas na hangin at pagbuhos ng ulan sa mga lugar na bahagi ng Luzon;
