Dahil sa bumubuti na ang lagay ng panahon. Isinailalim na lamang sa Signal No. 1 ang 29 na lugar sa bansa kabilang ang Metro Manila bunsod ng bagyong Paeng.

Ang mga sumusunod na lugar ay kabilang sa Signal No. 1:

Cagayan (kablang na ang Babuyan Islands), Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Abra, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Aurora, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales, Metro Manila, western at central portions ng Batangas (San Nicolas, Calaca, Cuenca, Lian, Tuy, Balayan, Talisay, Agoncillo, San Pascual, Santo Tomas, Bauan, San Jose, Calatagan, San Luis, Lemery, Lipa City, Ibaan, City of Tanauan, Mabini, Mataasnakahoy, Alitagtag, Balete, Tingloy, Nasugbu, Batangas City, Laurel, Santa Teresita, Taal, Malvar), Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, northwestern portion ng Oriental Mindoro (San Teodoro, Puerto Galera, Baco), northwestern portion ng Occidental Mindoro (Abra de Ilog, Mamburao, Paluan, Santa Cruz) kabilang ang Lubang Islands at northern portion ng Quezon (kabilang ang General Nakar at Infanta).

Huling namataan ang bagyo–295 kilometro kanluran ng Iba, Zambales, taglay ang hanging 85 kilometers per hour (kph) at bugso nito hanggang 105 kph. Kumikilos ito sa bilis na 20 kph.

Sa pagtatala ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), lalabas na ng bansa ang bagyo sa Lunes ng umaga o hapon.

Sa huling ulat ng pamahalaan, nasa 48 ang nasawi at 22 ang nawawala sa pagbayo ng bagyo sa bansa.

Apektado rin ng bagyo ang nasa 932,000 indibidwal. ##
