Northern at Central Luzon, apektado pa rin ng Amihan at shearlinev - PAGASA

Patuloy na makakaapekto ang northeast monsoon o amihan at shear line sa malaking bahagi ng Northern at Central Luzong nggayong Huwebes, Nobyembre 2, ayon sa Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Sa datos na nakalap mula sa PAGASA nitong umaga, malaki pa raw ang tsansang makaranas ng maulap na kalangitan na may kalat-kalat na pag-ulan at thunderstorms ang Batanes, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, at Quezon dulot ng shear line.

Magiging maulap naman ang kalangitan na may kasamang pag-ulan sa mga natitirang bahagi ng Ilocos Region, sa mga bahagi ng Cordillera Administrative Region, at mga natitirang bahagi ng Cagayan Valley dahil sa amihan.

Samantala, makararanas ng maulap na may kasamang isolated rainshowers o thunderstorms ang Metro Manila at mga natitirang bahagi ng bansa dulot ng localized thunderstorms. #
