Para bigyang daan ang EDSA Busway Project; MMDA isasara ang U-turn Slots sa EDSA

SAKABILA ng patuloy na pagsasaayos ng ating lansangan at kahabaan ng EDSA upang mabigyang daan ang pagpapatupad ng Busway. Isasara ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) ang ilang U-turn slots sa EDSA.

Unang bahagi na isasara ay sa petsa ng Setyembre 28 ng alas 12:00 ng madaling araw ang U-turn slot malapit sa Trinoma Mall at North Avenue, Southbound at Northbound.

Kaugnay ng pagsasara at para na rin sa kaalaman at gabay sa mga motorista. Ang MMDA ay maglalagay ng directional traffic signs sa maapektuhang U-turn slot.

Mula sa Southbound patungong Northbound maaring gamitin ng mga motorista ang Quezon Avenue service road U-turn slot.

Mula naman sa Northbound patungong Southbound ay maaring dumaan sa Quezon Academy U-turn slot.

Ayon pa sa MMDA na may mga ilan pang U-turn slots sa EDSA ang nakatakdang isara para sa pagpapatupad sa EDSA Busway Project upang mas mapabilis ang biyahe ng mga motorista at mananakay.

Narito ang ilan pang mga isasarang daan; U-turn slots sa De Jesus, Gen. Tinio, Malvar at Biglang-Awa sa Caloocan City; Balintawak, Kaingin, Landers, Dario Bridge, Walter Mart, Quezon City Academy, Trinoma, Timog at Santolan sa Quezon City.
