KMC, Insular Life renew partnership in exclusive leasing of Insular Life Corporate Center Alabang

Insular Life has renewed its partnership with KMC as the sole leasing agency for its two-tower commercial development, Insular Life Corporate Center-Alabang.

Following a very successful collaboration in fully leasing Insular Life Makati, the Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. has tapped the country’s biggest real estate brokerage and consultancy firm to spearhead leasing activities and engagements for the premium grade, PEZA accredited office development.

“We are excited to partner with KMC again. After a successful collaboration in 2018, we have tapped them for the exclusive leasing of Insular Life Corporate Centre Alabang. We are confident that this partnership will bring both companies to greater heights,” Hector Caunan, First Vice President and Head of Insular Life’s Real Property Division expressed.

KMC Executive Director for Transactions and Advisory Services Gerold Fernando expressed his excitement and optimism in leading the project. “We are really honored to continue and strengthen this partnership with Insular Life. KMC is proud to collaborate with them again, especially under unique circumstances,” he stated. “We are up for the challenge. KMC is ready and excited to be a key in Insular’s success for the second time around.”

Insular Life Corporate Centre is a Grade A, premium office building in Filinvest City, Alabang.
