OCTA: Umakyat sa 7% ang daily average rate ng mga nagpopostibo sa COVID-19

Umakyat sa 7% porsyento ang average number ng mga bagong kaso ng coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) sa bansa kumpara sa nakaraang linggo, ayon sa OCTA Research nitong Sabado.

Ang OCTA Research ay nakapagtala ng average positivity rate ng 14% porsiyento sa mga nagdaang linggo.

Sa NCR, tumaas sa 9% ang positivity rate.

“Hospital bed occupancy in the NCR increased to 43% compared to 7 days ago; the number of occupied hospital beds increased to 12% over the same period,” saad ng OCTA Research.

“ICU bed occupancy in the NCR increased to 52%. The number of ICU beds occupied in the NCR increased by 21% from the previous week,” dagdag pa ng OCTA Research.

Aniya, posible na umangat pa sa 2,000 new COVID-19 cases per day sa susunod na linggo.

Ang Cebu, Ilocos Norte, Bulacan, Misamis Oriental, Pampanga, Rizal, at Bataan ay nagkaroon ng pagtaas ng kaso ng COVID-19.

Ang NCR ay nakatakdang magsimula ang pinaka mahigpit na quarantine classifications simula Agosto 2 hanggang 20 bunsod ng lumalalang Delta variant sa bansa. #DM
